It will take 3 days for registration, and the price depends on the period and the number of entries (30 to 90 days). VISA and MasterCard can be used to make purchases.
E-visa holders can enter Kyrgyzstan and leave Kyrgyzstan at all frontier crossing points except the border crossings “Madaniyat” (Uzbek border) and “Karkira” ( Kazakhstan border). You require a visa acquired at the embassy at these check-points.

You are expected to receive a visa at the embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic if you did not find your nationality in the above list. Anyway, if you are a passport holter issued by the following countries, you will require a Letter of Invitation (also known as a Visa Support) by Kyrgyz Travel Business.

Citizens of many countries are required, including weekends and arrival date, to register at local police stations (OVIR/OVD) within five days of arrival. A separate service can be registered. People from countries seeking a visa to enter Kyrgyzstan are usually expected to register within 5 days of their arrival. Unregistry amounts to a 10,000 som fee, and you’re not allowed out of the country by border guards until payment is made. This might lead to a lack of flights and additional costs.

The fact that people need not a visa, but have to file, constitutes a noteworthy exception.
